Vitamins B Complex

Vitamin B1 (thiamine)

Use: Nervous system, peptic system, metabolism of carbohydrates, health of skin, buccal cavity, stabilizes appetite.

Natural sources: Pork meat, cereals of total milling, beer yeast, dry fruits, legumes, wheat germ, black rice.

Daily need: 0.7-1.7mg

Increased needs: exercising, alcohol, kidney diseases.
